Gateway Canyons Resort, a Noble House Hotels & Resorts luxury hotel, appointed Stephen Belie as executive chef. Belie will oversee all culinary operations for Gateway Canyons and its signature restaurants.

Belie comes to Gateway Canyons Resort with 14 years of culinary and kitchen management experience. Belie has an established history of success in high-volume scratch kitchens, four-star hotel operations, catering and boutique destination restaurants.
Best known for his consistent and verifiable experience in crafting menus, he is also skilled in implementing and managing culinary systems, staff training, and accountability programs that contribute to a successful kitchen operation.
