JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek Welcomes New General Manager

The JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek welcomes Jan Lucas as General Manager. Lucas has spent 15 years with Marriott International before joining Sage Hospitality and that includes time as Area General Manager and Director of Sales for the Residence Inn Denver Downtown.

Lucas began her carreer with Sage Hospitality in 2003. She is the former Divisional Vice President and oversaw multiple properties in and outside of the Premier & Lifestyle Division. Before that, she served as the General Manager of Residence Inn Denver City Center and Courtyard Denver Downtown.

Since 2006, Lucas has championed a fund-raising events PJ Party and PJ Day which have raised over $2 million for Denver's Road Home plan to end homelessness. She is also a board member of the Colorado Hotel & Lodging Association.
