Ritz-Carlton, Denver, Welcomes New General Manager

The Ritz-Carlton, Denver announces the appointment of Steve Janicek as General Manager of the AAA-Five Diamond Property. Janicek has over 25 years of industry experience and will oversee daily operations along with the food and beverage, rooms, and sales and marketing divisions.

Janicek began his career with Stouffer Hotels and is the former General Manager of The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera in the Vail Valley. No stranger to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, in 1990 he worked during opening of the Ritz-Carlton, Aspen and spent seven years holding strategic positions such as National Sales Manager, Associate Director of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing.

In addition, he has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a collection of hotels including: The Coeur d’Alene Resort, The Miramonte Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix, The Lodge at Rancho Mirage and Vail Cascade Resort and Spa.
