Time for Snow & Network for the Needy

Printer-friendly version

Last week there were two days of heavy snow in Crested Butte, where I work and live, and many of Colorado’s mountain towns.

I’ll admit that I wasn’t quite ready to get my down parka back on and to start thinking of ski gear, but it’s time--with three ski areas already open and ours kicking off the season the day before Thanksgiving.

Next week I head to the Meeting Industry Council of Colorado’s Network for the Needy luncheon in Denver. There is good information posted about this event on Meeting Professionals International – Rocky Mountain Chapter’s website.

I’ll also check out the new Four Seasons Hotel Denver that opened only a few weeks ago and promises to be a great addition to downtown.

Also--don’t forget to cast your vote for our 5th Annual Readers' Choice Best Of awards. The deadline is Nov. 19 at 5 p.m.
