Image Audiovisuals is a Denver-based company that provides live event technologies and services. Now, with the launch of its new conference recording platform, e-Attend, content can be delivered on a much larger, more advanced scale. e-Attend provides e-commerce services that allows associations to record, publish and sell the content from a conference or event to attendees and non-attendees via links and sponsorships.

“This is where we really enhanced it,” says Diana Mueller, CEO of Image Audiovisuals, “It’s global, scalable and future friendly.” e-Attend allows users to publish sessions within hours, with quick turnaround and content that is accessible from any smartphone, tablet or location where Wi-Fi is available.

Mueller explains, “Today is all about content; meeting planners need to take advantage of the content they already have.” Image Audiovisuals and e-Attend go beyond by making sure all recordings are done professionally and in high definition. What sets e-Attend apart from other recording services is its capability to essentially plug-in to any other conferencing app and its potential for Return On Investment (ROI) which provides others the opportunity to see, host and publish content.

Excited to officially launch and introduce the new service, Mueller boasts the product's flexibility, customization and e-commerce capabilities made to fit any clients’ needs. “Once the conference is over it’s happened in the past, with e-Attend the conference can last for years,” says Mueller.

With the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, most people are working from home. Many are social distancing or quarantining with their children, who have transitioned to online classes. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, offices, stores and so much more have been temporarily shut down in many states, affecting daily life in the most unexpected of ways.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Sunday recommended that all gatherings of more than 50 people be cancelled or postponed for the next eight weeks, in order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. The recommendation covers events like parades, concerts, festivals, conferences, sporting events, weddings and more.
