Amanda Engelhorn, Spirit Hound Distillers’ tasting room manager and resident mixologist, uses Colorado ingredients in her unique cocktail recipes such as Rye Biscus to highlight the flavor profiles of spirits being used. Engelhorn can share tips and tricks for making cocktails with groups visiting the distillery’s tasting room in Lyons, which has a large outdoor lawn and covered patio.
