Colorado has become a mecca for some of the coolest food and market halls that are providing an array of options for groups. 

Food halls are no longer the latest darlings on the innovative restaurant scene. However, the advantage of more and more halls popping up around Colorado is the fact they are putting their own creative spin on the trend to stand out from the crowd. Luckily for meeting and event planners, one of the ways that many operators are stepping up their game is by offering specialized ways to accommodate groups. 

Denver Keeping it Fresh & New for Planners

Colorado is known as a state that stays in motion, not only in health and fitness but also for the meetings and events industry. After 12 years as editor, of Colorado Meetings + Events, I am no longer surprised at the state’s ingenuity but the amount of new venues, restaurants and hotels launching in the Denver metro area now and in the future has definitely caught my attention. Colorado's Latest Activities & Attractions

The ART Hotel, located in Denver’s museum district, has introduced a 5K urban public art run. Guests can request a detailed map featuring a route that highlights downtown Denver’s most significant public art pieces, and guides are available if desired.

Denver’s first chef-driven farmers market has launched and runs every Saturday until Oct. 24 due to a partnership between the Boulder County Farmers Market, Denver Union Station and prominent area chefs.
