After serving as director of business development for Iconic Adventures, Eli Campbell has launched Sentio Cycling in Steamboat Springs (and also does events nationally). The company develops, produces and supports cycling tours for charity fundraisers and corporate events, working with all types of groups, from the most passionate of cyclists to those who have barely been on bikes since their childhood days. Sentio takes a cycling-specific approach to producing events that promote team-building organically through shared experiences, such as the positive encouragement needed to get every rider to the top of a challenging hill and the sense of overall accomplishment while enjoying a post-ride beverage.

Although many more professionals have had to join the freelancing community since March, Tracy Judge had the passion for the freelancing community two years ago–long before the pandemic hit–and founded her company Soundings Connect in order to directly connect meetings and events industry freelancers with customers.
